About The Role
GovExec is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join the team and support its overall design vision and brand. Under the direction of the Creative Director, the designer will help create innovative, thoughtful designs that adhere to GovExec’s brand standards while pushing design boundaries. This role will be involved in a variety of design projects, including marketing collateral, slide decks, infographics, and digital ads, across both print and digital platforms.

About The Role
GovExec is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join the team and support its overall design vision and brand. Under the direction of the Creative Director, the designer will help create innovative, thoughtful designs that adhere to GovExec’s brand standards while pushing design boundaries. This role will be involved in a variety of design projects, including marketing collateral, slide decks, infographics, and digital ads, across both print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative design solutions for marketing collateral, digital ads, infographics, white papers, slide decks, and case studies
- Ensure strong brand alignment and visual consistency across print and digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to create visually compelling materials
- Manage multiple projects at once, balancing stakeholder needs and timelines
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients in a flexible, solutions-oriented manner
- Maintain consistent visual design across various materials and platforms
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise
- 4-6 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Strong typography and graphic design skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Asana is a plus
