About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Designer to join our Creative Department. This role involves working closely within the Brand Design team to conceptualize and produce compelling visual content that aligns with the evolving fashion and lifestyle narratives of Abercrombie & Fitch. The Designer will focus on creating innovative campaigns, brand activations, and seasonal content, with a special emphasis on our partnership with the National Football League (NFL). The ideal candidate will possess a keen aesthetic sense, strong typography and layout skills, and an ability to craft cohesive visual stories across multiple platforms. Reporting directly to the Senior Art Director, the Designer will collaborate with creative leads, strategists, merchants, and external partners to ensure the brand’s visual identity remains fresh, relevant, and impactful. This is a unique opportunity to influence brand storytelling through fashion-forward design, working in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, teamwork, and strategic thinking. The role offers flexibility to work remotely or in person, depending on preference and location.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-paced, cross-functional creative environment
- Proven experience working within a branded, iconic organization, preferably in fashion retail or marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, and motion platforms
- Excellent skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Knowledge of NFL teams and general interest in sports is advantageous
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Conceptualize and develop visual language and creative assets that reflect the brand’s evolving fashion and lifestyle story each season
- Collaborate with creative leads, strategists, and merchants to design and execute campaigns across all brand touchpoints, including stores and digital channels
- Partner with external entities such as the NFL, NFL teams, and production agencies to produce multi-channel projects
- Work with photo art directors and copywriters to craft compelling visual narratives that bring fashion trends and lifestyle moments to life
- Maintain consistent on-brand creative standards and ensure quality across all deliverables
- Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Assist in preparing seasonal and campaign presentations for department and executive leadership
- Stay informed on industry trends, fashion movements, and NFL updates to ensure relevance and innovation in design work
