As a Graphic Designer at Crewfare, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs for social media, presentations, and other marketing materials. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, highly skilled design tools including Canva and Figma, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching visuals for day-to-day social media posts that align with Crewfare's brand.
- Create professional, impactful decks for internal and external audiences.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand and meet Crewfare’s high standards for quality and aesthetics.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Contribute fresh ideas and design concepts to help elevate our brand and engagement.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Strong knowledge of Canva and Figma is essential. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, color, and typography, with the ability to produce innovative and polished designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
