About The Role

The purpose of this role is to lead and contribute strategic creative thinking, alongside delivering hands-on design expertise, to develop high-quality brand and marketing materials across Get Living and its portfolio. This position is instrumental in shaping and executing creative solutions that support both central brand initiatives and neighborhood-specific needs, contributing to the effective delivery of marketing, operational, and brand objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to produce compelling visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity and enhances its market positioning. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to influence the visual narrative of Get Living's neighborhoods and projects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and high standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess proven experience in a graphic design or design management role, demonstrating a strong portfolio showcasing the delivery of high-quality, multi-channel design projects. Extensive experience creating digital, social, and print design work is essential, with a solid understanding of channel-specific requirements and best practices. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required, with additional skills in motion/video editing considered advantageous. A strong understanding of brand governance, visual storytelling, and content creation, including video content for digital channels, is necessary. Candidates should also have experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers, along with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills, creative judgment, and a commercially aware mindset are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on design outputs across digital, video, and print channels, including marketing collateral, digital assets, video content, environmental graphics, signage, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Ensure consistent application and governance of Get Living’s brand identity and neighborhood brands across all touchpoints.
  • Support the creation, rollout, and evolution of neighborhood brands, contributing to wider brand-led and placemaking initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Manage and prioritize the end-to-end design workflow, taking ownership of requests, timelines, and delivery to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Oversee projects from concept through to final production and installation, liaising with external suppliers to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular creative reviews to uphold high standards of design quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate them into clear, actionable, and effective creative solutions.
  • Present design concepts and articulate the rationale behind creative decisions to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members or freelancers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Maintain and develop brand assets, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Support leasing, marketing, and resident engagement activities through impactful, on-brand creative outputs.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve creative processes, output, and brand impact.
