About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about client relationship management and the promotional products industry. The Junior Account Manager will support senior team members in managing client accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Whether working remotely or from one of our local offices in Austin, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Cincinnati, OH; or St. Paul, MN, the role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales (internships or related experience welcome)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Interest in the promotional products industry and a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Salesforce, or Netsuite is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Support senior account managers with client account management, including order processing, project tracking, and client communications
  • Assist in sourcing and recommending promotional products that align with clients’ branding and marketing objectives
  • Help coordinate product samples, quotes, and presentations for client meetings
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to clients and team members
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Contribute to client retention and satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly
