This remote position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Brand and plays a vital role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of SupplyHouse.com across various print and digital channels. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on designer with a passion for creating compelling visuals that align with brand strategies and business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising, to develop engaging content that enhances our brand presence and drives customer engagement. The role requires a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY, will be required for team meetings and events, with expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Lead Designer.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD / Figma).
- Strong typography, layout, and composition skills, with a keen eye for detail and retail design trends.
- Proven ability to analyze creative performance data (CTR, engagement metrics) and apply insights to improve designs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Experience with Canva or other rapid content creation tools.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing work across various mediums and platforms.
- Receptiveness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly in a collaborative environment.
- Design and produce engaging visual materials for print and digital platforms, including banners, social media assets, infographics, and illustrations.
- Create original visual assets, including GIF animations and custom illustrations, to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Adapt existing designs for different formats and aspect ratios suitable for websites, mobile apps, social media, print, and event displays.
- Perform photo retouching and image manipulation to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accurate color profiles, bleeds, and resolution for print vendors and digital uploads.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels and materials.
- Develop creative concepts that align with company values, branding, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and perform quick iterations to refine designs.
