We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn complex ideas into compelling visuals and build design systems that make creativity faster, clearer and more powerful.

As Graphic Designer, you’ll help shape and scale PiXL’s visual identity across the organisation.
You’ll work across marketing, commercial and communication teams, creating design assets that strengthen the PiXL brand while building templates and systems that allow great design to happen consistently and efficiently.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both creative expression and structured design systems.
- Lead visual design across sales and marketing assets
- Develop templates and structured design systems that enable scalable design
- Create visual assets for campaigns, digital advertising and email communications
- Design publications, reports and polished documents
- Maintain strong brand governance and visual consistency
- Work across digital and print formats with precision and creativity
You might be perfect for this role if you:
- Have strong experience in graphic design across digital and print
- Are confident producing brand-consistent marketing materials
- Are proficient with industry-standard design tools and Canva
- Enjoy building templates and repeatable design systems
- Have excellent attention to detail and visual consistency
- Can manage files, assets and projects in a structured way
Bonus experience
- AI-supported design workflows
- Membership, education or mission-driven organisations
- Supporting marketing or commercial teams
- Motion graphics or animation awareness
