About The Role
We are seeking a talented Mediengestalter / Grafikdesigner (w/m/d) to join our team as a Content Manager in Wiesbaden. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Marketing Services Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customization and procurement processes within our WegFrei portal, which serves as the marketing portal for Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. Your role will involve managing content, supporting customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize digital and print media assets. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality content, integrating new applications, and providing expert support to both internal and external clients. This position provides a platform to leverage your creative skills and technical expertise to enhance our digital presence and customer experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a completed education or degree in media design, graphic design, business administration, or a related field, complemented by at least five years of professional experience in content management. Proficiency in working with CMS and editorial systems, along with the ability to create and populate content templates, is essential. Strong skills in image editing and graphic software such as Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are required. A solid technical understanding of both print and digital media is necessary, with experience in website development and digital media projects being advantageous. Familiarity with project management methodologies and a high level of customer and target-oriented thinking are preferred. Excellent communication and advisory skills are vital to succeed in this role, enabling you to effectively support and guide clients and colleagues alike.

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating content within our marketing portal, working closely with product management, portal management, and other business units to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Additionally, you will create and edit portal pages in collaboration with clients, manage the integration of new applications—including testing, development, and execution of test cases—and provide ongoing support for internal and external users. Your role will also involve advising stakeholders on digital content strategies and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality content across multiple channels.
