About The Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our SoarTech division at Accelint. In this role, you will be responsible for designing a variety of digital products primarily based in Adobe Captivate and the Unity game engine. You will collaborate closely with Instructional Systems Designers, Software Engineers, 3D Artists, and Tech Leads to create, test, and deploy customer training software that meets high standards of visual and functional quality. Your primary focus will be on producing high-fidelity 2D graphics, motion graphics, and UI designs for desktop and tablet platforms. The role involves translating user requirements into compelling visual solutions, creating mockups, and providing feedback during the implementation process to ensure a cohesive user experience. You will participate in regular workshops with the Creative Director and Creative Operations team to ensure alignment with brand standards and project goals. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Balsamiq (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) Security Clearance
  • Portfolio demonstrating core competencies in graphic design, motion graphics, branding, and UI design

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-fidelity 2D graphics for digital training products
  • Create motion graphics and animations to enhance user engagement and understanding
  • Design user interfaces for desktop and tablet applications, ensuring usability and aesthetic appeal
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements through collaboration with software engineers and stakeholders
  • Develop mockups and illustrate design ideas for stakeholder review and approval
  • Provide ongoing feedback to software engineers during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity and user experience cohesion
  • Participate in regular workshops with the Creative Director and Creative Operations team to maintain visual consistency and quality
  • Apply design thinking and problem-solving techniques to develop innovative visual solutions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support project success
