Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience or equivalent agency/in-house experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
- Experience designing email creative assets
- Familiarity with GIF creation, motion graphics, or animated content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts and decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop, design, and lay out Papa John’s email creative assets that align with marketing strategies
- Apply creative storytelling techniques to enhance clarity, engagement, and visual impact of marketing materials
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design consistency and quality
- Create GIFs, motion graphics, and other dynamic visual elements to enhance food imagery and promotional content
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output
- Support additional creative needs as capacity allows, contributing to broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
