Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets to train and enhance AI models
- Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to provide expert feedback on visual outputs and system performance
- Document design processes, patterns, and style guides for use in AI training and system improvement
- Translate complex design concepts into actionable data and training materials for machine learning applications
- Evaluate and test AI-generated content, offering insights for continual refinement and improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate emerging design practices and tools into AI workflows
- Communicate effectively, sharing nuanced feedback through both written and verbal channels with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital design across multiple platforms and formats
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated ability to break down and articulate design principles and creative processes
- Experience using industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Comfort working remotely, independently, and as part of a distributed team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve design-related AI systems
- Experience collaborating with AI or machine learning teams
- Background in data annotation, content moderation, or training AI-based products
- Familiarity with version control systems and agile project management workflows
