As the first in-house Graphic Designer within our Product Go-to-Market team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our fintech products are presented to the world. Your creative expertise will influence the design of launch materials, sales enablement tools, and various collateral that directly impact customer and stakeholder perceptions of our brand. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to develop your visual design and communication skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, copywriters, sales teams, engineers, and fellow designers—to create compelling visuals that support strategic initiatives and enhance our product storytelling. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, design, or related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in print and digital design, with a focus on product collateral and brand marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Notion, and Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Portfolio demonstrating professional work that showcases design craft and storytelling ability
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Highly organized with effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing capabilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a desire for growth into leadership roles
- Execute small to medium-scale design projects assigned by Go-to-Market Product Managers, with an eye toward increasing responsibility over time
- Design and layout product collateral for download on marketing websites
- Create web pages and supporting visuals for internal and customer-facing support resources
- Develop compelling visuals for strategic presentations using tools like Google Slides to advance product narratives
- Maintain and update presentation templates, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
- Organize and manage the presentation asset library for easy access and current materials
- Apply existing templates and adhere to brand standards across all design outputs
- Stay informed about current trends in graphic and web design, proactively suggesting improvements
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, copywriters, sales, engineering, and fellow designers
- Exercise professional judgment in accordance with established procedures and best practices
- Support additional duties as assigned to contribute to team and organizational goals
- Competitive salary range of $59,750-$85,000, based on experience and location
