✨ What you’ll be doing
- Creating bold, scroll-stopping designs across paid social and digital
- Turning insights into creative that actually performs
- Leading projects from idea → execution → optimisation
- Collaborating closely with Growth, Marketing, and Copy
- Testing, iterating, and scaling what works
🎯 Who we’re looking for
- 3+ years in graphic design (paid social / digital-first is key)
- Expert in Figma (Adobe + motion tools a bonus)
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and storytelling
- Someone who gets performance creative — and loves testing and learning
- Organised, collaborative, and full of ideas
