About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Brand Creative and Marketing teams. This full-time role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid setting at our headquarters in Draper, UT. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for bringing our visual identity to life across various platforms, including digital, print, campaigns, and production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—such as brand, marketing, e-commerce, retail, and paid media—to develop compelling visual content that resonates with our audience. Your hands-on approach will involve designing everything from catalog layouts and email campaigns to social media assets and print collateral, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. The role demands a fast-paced, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about design and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to final delivery.

Qualifications
- Three to five years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with a mix of print and digital projects in-house or agency-based.
- A strong portfolio showcasing excellent typography, layout, hierarchy, and editorial sensibility, preferably with experience in lifestyle, home, fashion, or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and Canva.
- Comfort with AI software such as NanoBanana, ChatGPT, and Claude CoWork; motion design skills (After Effects or basic motion) are a plus.
- Solid understanding of print production processes, including color management, image preparation, paper selection, bleeds, and pre-flight procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting work, receiving feedback, and collaborating effectively with team members.
- A collaborative, low-ego attitude and a willingness to work closely with copywriters, photographers, marketers, and merchandisers.
- Design and execute email campaigns from concept to completion for McGee & Co. and Studio McGee, including product launches, sales, editorial content, and lifecycle communications.
- Create engaging organic social media content, story templates, and paid advertising units that effectively communicate our brand voice and capture attention.
- Support the digital team by designing web banners, landing pages, and homepage modules, balancing aesthetic appeal with user conversion goals.
- Develop art direction for seasonal campaigns through comprehensive studio and location shot lists, mood boards, and conceptual frameworks.
- Lay out catalog spreads, lookbooks, and print collateral with a refined typographic sensibility, paying close attention to grids, margins, and image pacing.
- Assist in designing packaging, swing tags, inserts, and unboxing moments that reflect the brand’s identity and elevate the customer experience.
- Prepare press-ready files, manage proofs, and oversee color accuracy and quality control from initial concept to final production.
- Conceptualize and design seasonal campaigns, collaborating with the creative team to translate ideas into cohesive cross-channel assets.
- Build and maintain templates, master files, and reusable components to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Organize and manage files within cloud and DAM environments, ensuring version control and proper asset management.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of brand systems, including typography, color palettes, layout standards, and photo direction.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in graphic design, AI tools, and industry best practices to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh and competitive.
