Lucky Egg is the UK’s Fastest-Growing Party Games Company 🚀

We’ve just been named the 4th fastest Founder-Led Startup in the UK, making us the #1 fastest-growing party games company in the country. And we’re just getting started…

Who We Are

We’re Lucky Egg, the fast-growing creators shaking up the party games world with viral hits like Grab the Mic and Sorry What?!. Our games are played by millions worldwide and spark joy, laughter, and connection.

At Lucky Egg, we move fast, think big, and relentlessly pursue bold ideas that reshape the way people play. Check us out on TikTok: @luckyeggofficial.

We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to support our London team. We estimate the work will average about 20hrs a week, but will vary.

What You’ll Be Doing

Graphic Design & Marketplace

  • Create high-converting marketplace listings (E.g. Amazon primary, secondary, and A+ content).
  • Develop and iterate on imagery for A/B testing across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct bi-monthly in-office product photography for new launches in our Soho-based office.

Sales & Production Support

  • Manage translated game artwork and QA print files (Spot UV, barcodes, layouts).
  • Handle technical production: SKUing, versioning, and preparing print-ready PDFs.
  • Liaise with factories: Submit artwork/DDS, track quotes, and manage approvals via Slack and spreadsheets.

Localisation & QC

  • Audit artwork for errors and ensure correct barcode/label placement.
  • Manage the full supplier loop: from file upload to final mass-production sample approval.

What We’re Looking For

  • High Velocity: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, context-switching between smaller tasks without losing momentum.
  • Proactive Creative: You don't just follow a brief; you expand on it to improve the final output.
  • Obsessive Detail: You catch 1mm errors and are great at creating and refining SOPs.
  • Structured Communicator: You can coordinate clearly with stakeholders in London and international partners.
  • Print & Production Expert: You have hands-on experience managing artwork files and communicating directly with manufacturers.
  • AI-Curious: You actively use AI tools to measurably accelerate your design workflow.

Desirable:

  • Experience with creating marketplace imagery and preparing graphic assets for experimentation in any shape or form (Amazon, Meta Ads etc).
