From creating engaging social media graphics and website visuals to designing printed materials such as packaging, brochures, and event collateral, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life. About The Role

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design, preferably within consumer brands or creative agencies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- Experience designing digital advertisements across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and email marketing campaigns, including motion graphics and short-form videos.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full print production process, from initial concept to vendor coordination and final delivery.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfort with providing creative direction and feedback to external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
- Ability to stay current with design trends, cultural shifts, and platform updates to ensure brand relevance and freshness.
- Own the complete design process for digital and print assets, from brainstorming and concept development to preparing production-ready files and final delivery.
- Create digital marketing assets for social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, as well as website product detail pages, emails, and landing pages.
- Design and produce physical brand materials including packaging, printed inserts, brochures, invitations, event collateral, and retail signage.
- Coordinate print and production activities, including sourcing materials, selecting vendors, preparing specifications, reviewing proofs, and ensuring quality standards.
- Develop creative concepts for out-of-home campaigns and experiential marketing environments such as posters, transit ads, billboards, and event displays.
- Collaborate with content and advertising teams to craft compelling graphics, illustrations, and motion elements for storytelling and short-form video content.
- Build reusable and scalable templates to streamline social media and advertising workflows.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels and external partnerships.
- Provide creative direction and quality control for external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors.
- Stay informed on current design trends, cultural movements, and platform updates to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
