Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Designer / Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with design execution and day-to-day marketing tasks. This is not a concept-heavy creative role. It’s a production-focused position working within established templates and brand guidelines to produce clean, accurate, and polished marketing materials.
The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration in the East Valley. Hours are part-time and flexible, with the potential to grow based on experience, interest, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Produce marketing assets using existing design templates (print and digital)
- Resize, update, and prepare graphics for email, social, and web use
- Support email marketing efforts, including header graphics, layout support, and quality checks
- Assist with marketing operations tasks such as light administrative work, data entry, and file organization
- Review materials for accuracy, layout consistency, spacing, and typos before delivery
- Collaborate with the marketing team using shared documents and Slack
Requirements
- Greater Phoenix Area proximity for occasional in-person collaboration.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong attention to detail with a clear eye for layout, alignment, and accuracy
- Ability to follow established brand guidelines and systems
- Comfortable working remotely with clear written communication
Nice to Have
- Experience using Slack
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
- Experience supporting marketing teams in a service-based business (real estate experience is a plus, not required)
