About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Business Development & Corporate Support team. This position plays a crucial role in creating high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations that support revenue growth and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in long-format and editorial-style design, structuring complex information into clean, compelling visual narratives. You will work closely with Lead Graphic Designers, the Creative Project Manager, and content teams to execute creative directions while maintaining consistency and precision across all materials. This is a remote position, preferably based in Colorado, offering an opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects within a dynamic organization.

About The Role

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, either in an agency or in-house setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
- Demonstrated experience with long-format or editorial-style design projects
- Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, and structured layout techniques
- Ability to follow established templates and design systems with high precision
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative, coachable, and eager to grow professionally
- Passion for the Sports, Entertainment, and Hospitality industries (preferred)
- Design and format multi-page proposals, RFP responses, and presentation decks that are visually engaging and easy to navigate
- Implement structured layouts using established templates, grid systems, and style guides
- Apply strong typographic hierarchy and spacing discipline across long-form documents to enhance readability
- Ensure consistency in formatting, pagination, headers, footers, and section systems throughout all materials
- Translate dense content into clean, readable, and visually compelling layouts
- Work within established brand systems and design frameworks to maintain brand integrity
- Support refinement and updates to slide masters and proposal templates to improve efficiency and consistency
- Ensure meticulous adherence to brand guidelines and formatting standards in all deliverables
- Collaborate with Lead Graphic Designers to execute creative directions effectively
- Partner with the Creative Project Manager to align on project timelines and production needs
- Work closely with copywriting and business development teams to ensure narrative and visual cohesion
- Participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback accurately and efficiently
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with attention to detail, conducting proofing and quality control checks
- Support coordination with external print vendors when necessary
- Create clean, consistent, and polished long-format proposal documents that meet high standards
- Ensure flawless execution of templates and adherence to brand standards across all materials
- Collaborate effectively across design, project management, and content teams to meet project goals
- Maintain strong visual clarity in complex, information-heavy materials to facilitate understanding and engagement
