About The Role

Our multi-faceted experiential design team is seeking thoughtful and innovative minds, skilled in the arts of visual communication, imaginative storytelling, and creative problem-solving to join our team as we leverage the power of design to bridge the gap between individual, brand, and the built environment to create inspiring experiences for our clients. You will join us in addressing our client’s largest challenges and transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of the design process, from conceptual development through artwork production, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Assist in developing concepts, design strategies, art direction, and production for a variety of two- and three-dimensional graphics, signage, and exhibits.
  • Collaborate with the environmental graphics team to design a range of visual materials including graphics, maps, print layouts for exhibits, and signage.
  • Work closely with clients under supervision to interpret and translate their needs and ideas into compelling design concepts.
  • Prepare photo visualizations and mockups of proposed signage for placement, content, and usage to facilitate client approval and fabrication.
  • Develop camera-ready artwork suitable for fabrication, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and fabricators to oversee production and ensure quality standards are met throughout the process.
  • Maintain attention to detail and adhere to project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related design field (required by hire date).
  • Strong background in typography and visual communication.
  • Previous internship or related experience in design or visual arts highly valued.
  • Demonstrated interest and skill in 3-dimensional design, wayfinding, exhibition design, and environmental graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) on Macintosh platform.
  • Skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design quality.
