About The Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our Brand Design team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our marketing campaigns, brand activations, and seasonal content, with a special focus on our partnership with the National Football League (NFL). The ideal candidate will possess a keen aesthetic sense, exceptional typography skills, and a strong understanding of layout and digital media. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, merchants, and external partners to develop innovative, on-brand visual solutions that resonate across multiple platforms including digital channels, retail spaces, and live events. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or in person and involves engaging in multi-channel projects that require a strategic and cohesive approach to brand storytelling. Your creative input will directly influence how the Abercrombie brand connects with its global audience, ensuring a seamless and compelling brand experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional creative environment, preferably within marketing or fashion retail
- Proven experience working within iconic, branded environments for international organizations
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, and multi-platform design
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Interest in NFL and general knowledge of NFL teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for branding and digital marketing
- Conceptualize and implement a cohesive visual language that captures the brand’s evolving fashion and lifestyle story each season
- Collaborate with creative leads, strategists, and merchants to develop design solutions across all brand touchpoints including stores, digital channels, and campaigns
- Partner with external entities such as the NFL, NFL teams, and production agencies to execute complex multi-channel projects
- Work alongside photo art directors and copywriters to craft compelling visual storytelling that highlights fashion trends and lifestyle moments
- Maintain consistent on-brand creative standards and quality across all deliverables
- Manage design workflows, deadlines, and revisions within a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Contribute to seasonal and campaign presentations for department and executive leadership
- Stay informed on industry trends, NFL updates, and competitive landscape to inform creative strategies
