About The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our Brand Design team, focusing on conceptualizing and executing compelling visual campaigns and content. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Creative Directors, Strategists, Merchants, and Brand Marketing—to develop innovative designs that resonate with our target audience and elevate the Abercrombie brand across multiple touchpoints. Your primary responsibility will involve creating captivating visuals for NFL brand campaigns, events, activations, and seasonal marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals. This position offers flexibility, with options for remote or in-person work, and reports directly to the Senior Art Director. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fashion, storytelling, and aesthetics, with a keen eye for detail and layout, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-paced, cross-functional creative environment, preferably within marketing or fashion retail
  • Proven experience working within iconic, branded environments for international organizations
  • Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform design work, including print and digital media
  • Excellent conceptual and visual storytelling skills, with a solid understanding of typography and layout for digital and mobile media
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and rapid prototyping software
  • Experience with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects is a plus
  • Interest in NFL and a general understanding of teams, sports branding, and industry trends
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for branding, fashion, and e‑commerce landscapes

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and implement a cohesive visual language that aligns with the brand’s evolving fashion and lifestyle narrative each season
  • Collaborate with creative leads, strategists, and merchants to develop design solutions across all brand touchpoints, including retail stores and digital channels
  • Partner with external entities such as the NFL, NFL teams, and production agencies to manage complex multi-channel projects
  • Work alongside photo art directors and copywriters to craft visual storytelling that highlights fashion trends and lifestyle moments within campaigns
  • Maintain and develop on-brand creative standards consistently across all deliverables
  • Manage design workflows, deadlines, and project priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to seasonal and campaign presentations for department and executive leadership
  • Stay informed on industry trends, NFL updates, and competitive retail landscape to inform creative strategies
  • Foster a positive, proactive team environment and drive projects forward effectively
