This role is ideal for a creative designer with a strong background in digital marketing, particularly within the home services sector such as solar, flooring, or kitchen remodeling. The primary focus is on producing high-performing ad creatives for Meta and Google platforms, including both image ads and short-form video concepts. The position involves a paid test project to design a small batch of ads, with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on performance and fit. The successful candidate will leverage both AI tools and manual design skills to deliver compelling, conversion-focused creatives that drive leads. All deliverables must include editable source files, and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback is essential. Only applicants based in the United States will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging image ads and short-form video concepts for Meta and Google advertising campaigns targeting the solar and home services industries
• Utilize AI tools alongside manual design in Photoshop, Canva, or Figma to create high-converting ad creatives
• Collaborate closely to understand campaign objectives and iterate designs rapidly based on feedback
• Deliver a small batch of ads as a paid test project, ensuring all files are provided in editable formats
• Apply direct-response marketing principles to maximize ad performance and lead generation
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency across all deliverables
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience designing ad creatives for Meta and Google platforms, ideally within home services (solar, flooring, kitchen remodeling, etc.)
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and Figma, with the ability to deliver editable source files
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and their integration into creative workflows
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and strategies for converting browsers into leads
• Excellent communication skills and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be based in the United States
