- Accountabilities:
- Lead the design of visual materials for planning initiatives, including logos, color schemes, charts, maps, and infographics.
- Develop and maintain project websites and digital platforms for community engagement.
- Prepare promotional graphics for events, social media, and outreach campaigns.
- Create layouts for planning reports, slide decks, and presentation boards, enhancing readability and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with planners and other team members to translate technical content into engaging, story-driven graphics.
- Support document production using Adobe Creative Suite and ensure consistency in branding and style.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience managing multiple deadlines and large-scale report documents (20–200 pages).
- Strong visual storytelling skills, with a background in technical writing, journalism, or related areas preferred.
- Familiarity with community planning, local government operations, or economic development is a plus but not required.
