VentureFoundry partners with experienced operators and builders to develop and scale new platforms from early concept through growth. This role will contribute to one of several ventures currently in incubation.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Go‑to‑Market Lead to help design and execute the commercial strategy of an emerging HR‑technology platform.
You will work closely with the founding team to shape positioning, early sales motion, and customer acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building go‑to‑market systems from scratch and working closely with founders during the earliest stages of a company.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the early go‑to‑market strategy for a B2B platform
- Build initial pipeline with HR leaders, recruiters, and talent teams
- Conduct customer discovery and early product validation
- Close early pilot customers and partnerships
- Work closely with product to refine positioning and messaging
- Help establish scalable sales processes and commercial infrastructure
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, growth, or go‑to‑market roles
- Experience selling to HR leaders, recruiters, or talent teams is a strong plus
- Experience in SaaS or technology businesses
- Comfortable operating in early‑stage startup environments
- Strong communication and customer discovery skills
- Work authorization in Canada
