Your role

Coordinating multiple initiatives within the Talent & Leadership team, a.o.

• Managing SharePoint Page for Talent & Leadership Maintain and update the SharePoint page dedicated to Talent & Leadership, ensuring it serves as a central hub for resources and information.
• Facilitating Global Talent & Leadership Community Calls Organize and lead global community calls for Talent & Leadership, fostering communication and collaboration across different regions.
• Planning Annual Face-to-Face Meeting Talent & Leadership CoE Coordinate the yearly face-to-face meeting for Talent & Leadership, including planning, logistics, and execution to ensure successful and productive gatherings.
• Play a role in supporting the organisation of the Annual Value Awards, overseeing all aspects of planning and execution to ensure a successful event.
• Support with the launch and global rollout of Peakon, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across all regions.
• Support with the deployment of all development assessments worldwide, acting as one of the central points of contact and ensuring seamless execution across regions.
  
  
  

Your track record

• You have BSc degree in Human Resources, Project management and Planning or a related field.
• You have excellent English language and communication skills.
• You are also able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
