We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to support and drive hiring across key functions and regions. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution, working closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
You will play a critical role in shaping hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Translate business objectives into effective hiring strategies and plans
- Provide guidance and challenge assumptions to ensure role clarity and alignment
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles
- Source, engage, assess, and close high-quality candidates
- Ensure a professional, efficient, and consistent candidate experience
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, referrals, and networking
- Engage passive candidates and develop long-term talent relationships
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria
- Support structured and effective interview processes
Process & Data-Driven Improvement
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline quality, conversion rates)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of hire
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within ATS systems
Global Hiring Execution
- Support hiring across multiple regions and time zones
- Adapt recruitment approaches to different markets while maintaining consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including global hiring exposure
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
- Background recruiting for technical roles (engineering, hardware, or infrastructure)
