We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to support and drive hiring across key functions and regions. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution, working closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

You will play a critical role in shaping hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Translate business objectives into effective hiring strategies and plans
  • Provide guidance and challenge assumptions to ensure role clarity and alignment

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles
  • Source, engage, assess, and close high-quality candidates
  • Ensure a professional, efficient, and consistent candidate experience

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Engage passive candidates and develop long-term talent relationships

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria
  • Support structured and effective interview processes

Process & Data-Driven Improvement

  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline quality, conversion rates)
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of hire
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within ATS systems

Global Hiring Execution

  • Support hiring across multiple regions and time zones
  • Adapt recruitment approaches to different markets while maintaining consistency

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including global hiring exposure
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to engage passive candidates
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Background recruiting for technical roles (engineering, hardware, or infrastructure)
