Responsibilities:
- Full revenue and contribution margin responsibility for all markets served through third-party
- distributors across the group's complete portfolio of clinical cancer diagnostics, spanning
- reagents, staining automation and digital imaging solutions
- Manage and coordinate international partner network to maximize revenue, market share,
- and price realization
- Own revenue targets, margins, and sustainable profitability across the international partner
- business
- Lead, develop and scale distributor-focused commercial organization across two
- dedicated teams: Reagents & Automation (Germany based) and Digital Imaging Solutions
- (Israel based)
- Drive post-merger organizational change by integrating two vertical sales teams under a single
- commercial leadership with common objectives and strong collaboration to push solution
- selling into partner network
- Set performance targets, monitor results, and coach managers and team members for growth
- Define, maintain and execute three-year commercial strategy for international distributor
- markets with corresponding prioritized regulatory roadmap
- Develop and execute tactical sales strategies for defined geographies and product lines to
- maximize short-term sales growth
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience selling products in clinical cancer diagnostics
- Deep understanding of complex international B2B sales structures and cultural differences.
- Support partners in complex tender markets
- Track record of growing own sales P&L in distributor markets
- Ability to read global market trends, regulatory frameworks, business models, and competitive
- dynamics, and translate them into long-term sales and growth strategy
- Solid grasp of pricing strategy, margin structures, and international go-to-market models
- Proven experience leading international, intercultural teams
- Strong results orientation: comfortable owning KPIs, forecasts, margins, and business cases
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 1-2 week per month)
