Global Talent Business Partner / Human Resources Business Partner/ HRBP



As a Global Talent Business Partner (TBP), you will support the Marketing and Legal & Quality organizations globally and serve as the local TBP for US-based teams across multiple functions.



Reporting into the Director, Global Talent Business Partners, and operating within a matrixed global HR structure, you will act as a strategic HR partner and change agent, supporting a specific region and location(s) to deliver against the business and people strategy. You will build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, other TBPs, and HR Center of Excellence to implement integrated talent solutions that enable business success.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Serve as a key HR partner to Marketing and Legal & Quality leadership teams globally.
  • Provide dedicated US-based TBP support for other functions with a physical presence in the US.
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and functional goals.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness initiatives.


Quality & Compliance Support

  • Be the point-person in fulfilling all HR-related needs related to Quality/Compliance requirements for customer audits, SOPs, and any other related obligations.
  • Partner with the Quality & Compliance teams on HR-related internal and external audits.
  • Ensure audit preparedness and documentation accuracy in line with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Address audit findings, develop and track corrective actions, and contribute to root cause analysis.
  • Champion process improvements to strengthen overall HR operational and compliance readiness.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the HR function.


Employee Relations & Talent Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, talent development, organizational change, and succession planning.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations matters with appropriate documentation and sensitivity.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and escalate, when necessary, in collaboration with Legal and Employee Relations.
  • Partner with specialist HR teams to deliver talent programs across compensation, rewards, L&D, and more.


Communication, Engagement & Data Insights

  • Drive effective communication and change management across employee life cycle initiatives.
  • Provide HR metrics, analytics, and insights to guide talent-related decision making.
  • Conduct and analyse exit interviews to inform and improve retention strategies.
  • Liaise with HR CoEs and regional TBPs to share feedback, support policy alignment, and localize global programs.



Business Continuity

  • Work collaboratively with Director Human Resources in responding to all HR-related actions during business continuity incidents including outreach to impacted team members, taking direction and collaborating with the Chief Information Security Officer, and finding solutions for employees to continued work when their work environment is not functional. Be available during Business Continuity issues that occur during weekends and holidays.



Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and compliance practices; global experience preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, talent management, and partnering with leadership.
  • Experience working in regulated or audit-sensitive environments (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and partner with leaders at all levels in a matrixed environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR data to support strategic recommendations.
