The B/OSS Group sits within the Lumine Group, being responsible for identifying, acquiring, integrating and managing the ongoing operations of the Businesses within the Group (LBUs); the B/OSS Group currently compromises of 17 companies which employs 1700 individuals worldwide. Position Summary:
The Global HR Administrator/Co-Ordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering data‑driven HR support across multiple regions. This role combines traditional HR generalist responsibilities with strong analytical capability, enabling insights that inform workforce planning, talent management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Operating in a global, matrixed environment, the role partners with HR, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to drive consistent, evidence‑based decision making. The role also provides support to ensure the governance and integrity of operational changes are captured within its key HRIS system, Workday.
Main Responsibility Areas:
HR Operational Support Partnering & Advisory
• Support the execution of global HR strategies, ensuring alignment with operational processes and corporate governance standards.
• Coach HR on process issues, documentation alignment and corrections in various systems including Workday, Mercer etc.
• Be the point of contact for Lumine corporate benefits activities in North America.
HRIS System Specialism
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for our Global HRIS system, currently Workday.
• Support the integration of new businesses into the HRIS system.
• Onboard new HR Business Partners to the HRIS system.
• Address audit queries with the Business Units (BUs) to ensure they operate a continuous improvement audit cycle.
• Provide data analyses and reports to enable the execution of quality, trackable and auditable employee changes at BU level.
People Analytics & Insights
• Translate HR and business data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.
• Identify trends across workforce demographics, turnover, recruitment effectiveness, engagement data, performance metrics, and talent pipelines.
• Produce dashboards and analytics reports (e.g., QBRs, QSR, Mercer HR data analytics).
• Partner with HRIS teams to improve data quality and adopt new tools.
Employee Experience & Engagement
• Support global engagement initiatives and analyze survey data to highlight key drivers and recommended interventions.
• Monitor employee lifecycle metrics (onboarding effectiveness, mobility trends, exit themes).
• Partner with the HRBPs for them to address ongoing engagement activities.
Talent, Performance, and Learning
• Support the administrative efforts of the succession planning, talent management and performance cycles.
• Support leadership development and capability-building programs with data insights.
• Track completion rates, program effectiveness, and ROI for learning initiatives.
• Administer key development platforms such as Udemy, BetterUp etc.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Support the completion of global HR processes such as onboarding, transfers, compensation cycles, and policy deployment.
• Ensure compliance with global and local employment regulations, partnering with legal and regional HR as needed.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across countries, where appropriate.
Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness
• Provide analytical support during organizational changes, including restructurings and workforce optimization.
• Support communication and change plans through stakeholder coordination and impact analysis.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• A bachelor’s degree or above with a demonstrable interest in human resources, or one of its analytical specialisms (payroll, benefits etc.)
• Experience supporting multiple regions or global teams strongly preferred.
• Certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
• Experience working with large datasets (Workday preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to foster and grow relationships
• Broad HR generalist experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Knowledge of global employment practices and cultural considerations.
• Strong employee relations judgement and ability to manage sensitive issues.
