Qualifications & Experience


  • 10+ years of experience in partner and alliance management, business development, or a similar leadership role, with at least 5 years in a global capacity.
  • Proven success in building and scaling global partner ecosystems, especially in the technology or software sectors.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, including joint selling, co-marketing, and solution development with partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage high-value partnership agreements.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience managing relationships with system integrators, technology vendors, and channel partners.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a global partner strategy: Identify and prioritize strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, technology providers, system integrators, and consultants, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Negotiate, formalize, and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term success.
  • Drive partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and resources to equip partners for success.
  • Identify opportunities for co-marketing initiatives and joint solution development with partners.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and measure the success of partnerships, using data to continuously improve performance and ROI.
  • Represent the company at global partner events, conferences, and summits, building brand recognition and fostering new connections.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine partner strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Serve as a thought leader within the industry, driving innovation and advocating for the value of partnerships and alliances.
