Global Campaign Program Manager

The Global Project / Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of global marketing campaigns and content creation initiatives, including photo and video shoots, in alignment with Creative Briefs and Össur brand guidelines. This role operates independently while collaborating closely with global peers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative work on time and within budget.

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills are critical, as this role serves as a central coordination point across regions, time zones, and functions.

This role can be based in any European country where we have an established legal entity.

Campaign & Project Management

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle, managing all phases from planning and briefing through execution, delivery, and post-campaign review.
  • Oversee the execution of content creation projects, including photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with Creative Briefs and Össur brand style guidelines.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal academy partners, creative marketing communications team members, and external stakeholders such as agencies, production partners, and contractors.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment by ensuring all parties are informed, consulted, and accountable for their deliverables.

Planning, Tools & Governance

  • Create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure consistent delivery against milestones.
  • Develop and maintain project overview tools and documentation, including SharePoint pages, Confluence pages, and Jira projects.
  • Apply the DARCI Accountability Framework to clearly define roles, improve efficiency, and maintain project focus.

Risk, Budget & Quality Management

  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies that could impact timelines, budgets, or quality, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and value.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to brand, legal, and compliance requirements.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to the manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify insights, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement in future campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and creative production processes.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Planner, Mural, and Microsoft Project.
  • Working knowledge of systems such as Confluence, Excel, and Digital Asset Management platforms (e.g., Cloudinary) is preferred.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in project or campaign management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing content creation workflows, including photo and video production.
  • Experience working with external agencies and production partners.
  • Ability to work independently in a local-based role while supporting global initiatives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Planner, Mural, Microsoft Project).
