Global Business Development Manager

Established Search has partnered with a leading dental manufacturer searching for a Global Business Development Manager. You will have the opportunity to travel extensively to drive B2B sales internationally for a range of high-tech devices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global business development strategies for a dental equipment portfolio
  • Support local Product Specialists across subsidiaries with new customer acquisition and provide guidance to optimise performance
  • Coordinate and manage commercial support for indirect markets, inclusive of co-travelling in addition to the planning and delivery of training
  • Analyse global market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop go-to-market plans.
  • Work in close collaboration closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and R&D teams
  • Lead or support product launches across target regions, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, providing clear insights and corrective recommendations to regional stakeholders.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in international business development, ideally within the dental industry
  • Strong understanding of channel management and indirect market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting commercial functions across cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30–40%)
