Global Account Manager – Global Clients

Location: Remote - Europe (with occasional travel across EMEA)


This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting a major global technology client, helping them enhance and evolve their security and technology ecosystem across EMEA. About the Role

As a Global Account Manager, you’ll help drive growth, strengthen long-term partnerships, and ensure exceptional client value for a key global technology customer. Reporting into Global Clients Technology Leadership, you’ll act as a trusted advisor connecting customer needs with Securitas Technology’s capabilities, and supporting refurbishment project activity across their EMEA estate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Grow a major global client account through opportunity identification, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with the customer’s evolving technology and security needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Lead the full sales process from identifying opportunities to proposal delivery and handover.
  • Produce accurate proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions.
  • Provide technical insight relating to Fire & Security systems, installation methods, and lifecycle requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Design, Finance, and Global Client teams to deliver unified solutions.
  • Support decision‑making that ensures revenue, margin, and long‑term account performance.


Skills & Experience

  • Background in Fire & Security, systems installation, or technical environments.
  • Experience in B2B consultative sales, strategic account management, or complex solution selling.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders in large or global organisations.
  • Strong communication abilities with a clear, value‑led approach.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
