- Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services, billing, and account management
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and enhance overall customer experience
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and telecom tools is an advantage
