- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system to facilitate seamless communication and follow-ups
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and enhance service offerings based on customer feedback
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to products and services
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is highly beneficial
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or similar roles is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
