This role is perfect for individuals who want to help others while using their language skills to support German-speaking clients in emergencies. You will be a critical liaison between the customer and our service teams, ensuring quick, effective assistance during roadside incidents. Responsibilities

• Answer emergency calls from German-speaking customers and provide immediate, empathetic assistance
• Evaluate the nature of the emergency and coordinate with appropriate service teams for timely support
• Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Deliver clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process
• Collaborate with remote team members to share insights and improve service protocols
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service and emergency response
• Collect feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements and quality assurance
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
• Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote work environment
