- Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and devices via phone, email, and chat in German
- Provide detailed information on service offerings, pricing, and technical support
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service troubleshooting
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and company products to support customers effectively
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while managing customer expectations
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desirable
- Willingness to relocate or work in Greece and to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
