- Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to our products and services
- Provide accurate information and guidance on account management, product features, and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for high customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for quality tracking and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in service delivery and customer experience
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to effectively assist customers
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a technology or service-oriented company
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to manage challenging situations effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with full relocation support provided
