- Assist customers with inquiries about flight bookings, cancellations, and travel changes
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and travel products is advantageous
- Proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools
