- Respond to customer questions with professionalism and efficiency, providing accurate information about car rental options and policies
- Effectively handle customer complaints and issues, striving to resolve them in a manner that ensures high satisfaction
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system, contributing to continuous improvement of our service delivery
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery
- Stay informed about the latest offers, promotions, and industry trends related to car rentals to provide informed assistance
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in the travel or car rental industry, is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial
