Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Generalist HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns
  • Foster a positive work environment and company culture
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Performance Management Implement and manage performance review systems
  • Support managers in goal setting and employee development
  • Monitor employee performance and engagement
  • Compensation & Benefits Administer salary structures, benefits, and incentives
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits enrollment
  • HR Policies & Compliance Develop, update, and enforce HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
  • Support leadership development initiatives
  • Promote continuous learning culture
  • HR Operations & Reporting Maintain HRIS systems and employee databases
  • Generate HR reports and analytics
  • Improve HR processes and workflows


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10–15 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and leadership skills
