Role Description

This is a part-time, remote position for a General Manager / Outlet Manager / Shift Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing workflows, and ensuring the smooth running of business activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing supply chain operations, coordinating with international representatives, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with company standards, monitor inventory levels, and establish strategies to achieve business goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading multi-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with international clients and representatives.
  • Proficiency in business operations management and ability to devise and implement strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with automotive spare parts, especially ISUZU and MITSUBISHI products, is highly beneficial.
  • Past experience in export/import operations and knowledge of global trade practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for operations and data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to work remotely and manage diverse tasks effectively.
