Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Signage Production and Assembly General Manager to oversee the planning, fabrication, and installation of the full spectrum of signage projects, from small stickers to highway billboard advertisements. This role requires comprehensive expertise across large-scale architectural and exterior signage as well as interior, regulatory, and wayfinding signage.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end signage projects, including design coordination, fabrication, logistics, installation, and final handover.
  • Oversee projects ranging from single large-format signs to full facility signage packages involving hundreds of interior and regulatory signs.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, fabricators, installers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead the production and installation of large-format exterior signage, including pylon and pole signs, monument signs, and building-mounted signage such as channel letters, cabinet signs, and illuminated logos.
  • Ensure proper structural integrity, permitting, foundation requirements, and safe installation using appropriate equipment and methods.
  • Oversee interior and compliance-focused signage, including ADA-compliant signage (tactile, braille, contrast, and mounting requirements), wayfinding and directional systems for complex facilities, safety and regulatory signage compliant with OSHA, and fire/exit codes, and interior graphics such as wall murals, window films, and dimensional logos.
  • Ensure all signage meets applicable accessibility, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality standards across all signage types and materials.
  • Verify compliance with ADA, OSHA, fire safety, and local code requirements.
  • Manage and optimize the use of diverse materials including aluminum, steel, acrylic, vinyl, photopolymer, and specialty films.
  • Lead and support fabrication and installation teams, ensuring safe work practices and high productivity.
  • Provide technical guidance and training on best practices, materials, and compliance standards.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, industrial design, construction management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in the signage industry, with demonstrated exposure to both large-scale architectural and exterior signage and interior, regulatory, and wayfinding signage systems.
  • Proven experience managing projects across a wide range of signage types and scales.
  • Strong working knowledge of ADA signage standards and accessibility requirements, OSHA and fire safety signage regulations, and structural considerations for large-format exterior signs.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, acrylic, vinyl, photopolymer, and specialty films.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-project environments with varying timelines and complexity.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resume must be in English.
  • Must be willing to relocate and work in the Philippines for 2-3 years or more.
