We're looking for a game developer to join as a freelancer -- someone who lives and breathes gameplay. Not just someone who can implement mechanics, but someone who obsesses over how combat feels. Hitstop, timing, weight, feedback loops. The invisible things that make a game click.
What matters to us:
- You know Unreal Engine 5
- Gameplay is your thing -- you have opinions about what makes combat satisfying and you can back them up
- You've built something we can look at (game, mod, prototype, jam entry -- anything real)
- You think for yourself. You challenge ideas, suggest alternatives, bring your own creative instincts
- You communicate well in English
What doesn't matter:
- Your degree
- Your resume format
- How many years a recruiter would count
