Role Mission

The Futures Researcher is a research-focused role dedicated exclusively to futures prop trading markets.

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and structure of futures prop firm data, while continuously producing high-quality research and insights that support traders and internal teams. You will track developments across the futures prop trading ecosystem, monitor firm changes, and translate market and industry activity into clear, actionable intelligence.

Success in this role means owning the integrity of research outputs end-to-end — ensuring data is consistently accurate, firm updates are reflected in real time, and insights are delivered in a way that helps traders understand the futures prop trading landscape with clarity and confidence. Your work directly supports platform content, product decisions, and strategic direction.

• Ensure accuracy of firm data and platform content Maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency across all proprietary trading firm data and public-facing platform content. • Deliver consistent research on futures prop firms Conduct ongoing research across futures prop trading firms and maintain structured, high-quality insights. Key outcomes: ▸ Research and profile futures prop trading firms globally ▸ Track industry changes, firm updates, and new market entrants ▸ Maintain structured and well-documented firm research ▸ Deliver clear summaries and comparative insights for internal use ▸ Build strong domain expertise in futures prop trading models and evaluation systems Success looks like: A continuously updated research base that clearly maps the futures prop trading landscape
• Produce clear market insights and research-driven content Translate futures market and prop firm developments into structured, actionable insights for traders and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate across teams to improve research and content quality Work closely with product, content, and marketing teams to ensure research outputs directly support platform needs. Qualifications

▸ 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role

▸ Strong understanding of financial markets, with a focus on futures instruments

▸ Familiarity with proprietary trading firms and their evaluation/challenge models

▸ Strong analytical and structured thinking skills

▸ Excellent written communication with the ability to simplify complex topics

▸ Experience with research tools, spreadsheets, or data management systems

▸ Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional environment

▸ Fluent English (written and spoken)

▸ High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset

At this stage, you will join a conversation with Abdulazeez A., our Lead of Research, the hiring manager focused on your research methodology, futures market expertise, and ability to analyze proprietary trading firms, while also giving you visibility into how research supports our platform, content, and strategic initiatives in a collaborative, two-way exchange.
