Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Leader to support future opportunities in Aerospace & Defense supplier performance, sourcing strategy, and cost optimization initiatives during a production ramp.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned to program timelines
- Manage supplier performance and on-time delivery metrics
- Support new supplier onboarding and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with engineering and operations on demand planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years in aerospace/defense or industrial manufacturing supply chain
- Strong negotiation and supplier management experience
- ERP/MRP systems proficiency
- Experience with long-lead materials preferred
