Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with defense, aerospace, and government customers
- Build relationships with engineering teams, procurement, program managers, and military stakeholders
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, trade shows, and marketing efforts
- Support SBIR, OTA, and other government-funded opportunity pursuits
- Coordinate technical discussions between customers and internal engineering teams
- Maintain pipeline activity in CRM and help advance opportunities to proposal stage
- Experience selling into DoD, defense contractors, or aerospace customers
- Business development / hunter mentality
- Knowledge of electronics, manufacturing, or power systems preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel domestically
