We’re a paid ads agency that helps brands scale through data-driven performance marketing. Our team runs advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms, delivering measurable ROI for clients across North America.
We’re hiring a full-time Ads Manager to help build, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns for our clients. You’ll assist with advising on targeting, messaging, and content strategy for new clients, build campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and manage live campaigns to improve key metrics. You’ll also be responsible for creating monthly performance reports that clearly communicate results, insights, and next steps.
This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who loves data, problem-solving, and continuous optimization. This role is perfect for someone who takes ownership of performance and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support in developing ad strategies for new clients, including targeting, messaging, and creative direction
- Set up and manage campaign tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Build ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Monitor and manage campaign performance daily and make optimizations based on the key metric defined for each client
- Troubleshoot tracking or delivery issues as they arise
- Create and deliver monthly client reports outlining results, context, and next steps
- Collaborate with the Lead Ads Manager and Project Manager to ensure smooth execution and communication across accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid ads (agency or in-house)
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads
- Proven experience managing $10,000+/month in ad spend across multiple accounts and interpreting performance data to make optimization decisions
- Understanding of conversion tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients
- Proactive problem solver with strong follow-through
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations
- Comfortable using UTMs, creative testing structures, and performance frameworks to measure and improve results
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
- Available full-time (40 hours/week) within the EST Time Zone
Compensation
$3000 USD/Month
This is a full-time, long-term role with opportunities for growth as the agency scales.
