- Proficiency in WordPress and Webflow development
- Experience with UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, CallRail, and website tracking
- Strong knowledge of Zapier automation and API integrations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and lead management systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across software, hardware, and networks
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end web development
- Understanding of responsive design principles and UX best practices
- Experience using AI tools for development and testing tasks
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
- Ability to create and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for web tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Lead the development and maintenance of websites on Webflow and WordPress platforms, ensuring fast load times and optimal performance
- Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including fixing issues and implementing improvements
- Automate workflows and integrate APIs using Zapier to enhance operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing tools, systems, and platform integrations
- Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks to deliver secure and user-friendly web solutions
- Collaborate with the UX team to implement responsive designs across all devices
- Work with the marketing team to connect Salesforce and improve lead management processes
- Utilize AI tools to assist in development, testing, and workflow automation
- Document processes and create SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in web development tasks
