Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for 2 Senior Full Stack Developers to work on an e-commerce marketplace project we have available remotely.

Currently, we’re looking for experienced Full Stack Developers with strong Next.js and Nest.js expertise to work on a remote e-commerce marketplace platform project.
The assignment can be delivered by two consultants, with:
- one taking a frontend-focused role specialising in Next.js
- one taking a backend-focused role specialising in Nest.js
Alternatively, a single consultant with 5+ years of strong full-stack experience may be able to deliver both projects over an estimated 6-month contract.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Develop and enhance a modern e-commerce marketplace platform using Next.js and Nest.js
- Build scalable frontend user interfaces and backend services
- Design and improve payment flows and checkout architecture
- Integrate Stripe or other payment service providers into the platform
- Collaborate through GitHub using clean version control and deployment workflows
- Work efficiently with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or similar coding agents
- Attend daily check-ins to review progress and remove blockers
- Provide weekly demos to showcase completed development work
- Join weekly team sync meetings to align priorities and project progress
- Work closely with management and stakeholders when required
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience working with Next.js OR Nest.js
- Experience with e-commerce systems, particularly:
- marketplace systems
- payment flows
- checkout architecture
- Strong knowledge of Stripe or other payment service providers
- Demonstrated ability to use AI coding agents effectively within a development workflow
- Strong experience with GitHub
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
Working Arrangement:
- Fully remote assignment
- Daily communication with the client to review progress and resolve blockers quickly
- Weekly demonstrations of completed work
- Weekly team alignment meetings
- A schedule that includes a minimum of 6 focused development hours per day is encouraged
- Direct access to decision-makers for rapid support and clarification throughout the project
